RETURN & REFUND POLICY

JEWELRY GUARANTEE
We stand behind every piece of jewelry we make. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you are covered with a free replacement or repair. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@vvsclique.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

14-DAY RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
We want you to love what you ordered! If it's not the right piece for you, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for store credit or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, returns are issued as store credit or exchange only. Direct monetary refunds to original payment methods are not provided for standard returns.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT GOLD & ROSE GOLD PLATING
Our Gold and Rose Gold pieces feature 16K gold plating over 925 Sterling Silver. 
- Gold plating is a surface finish and may naturally wear or fade over time with regular use, especially with exposure to water, sweat, friction, perfume, lotions, and chemicals.
- Normal wear and natural fading of the plating are NOT considered manufacturing defects.
- To help preserve the finish, we strongly recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying perfume and lotions.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@vvsclique.com. 

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized jewelry).
- Final sale items and gift cards.
- Items showing signs of wear, liquid damage, or chemical exposure outside of manufacturing defects.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason in accordance with local regulations, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- For damaged or defective items: If approved, a replacement or repair will be issued, or a full refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- For standard returns: Upon approval, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return or refund was approved and you have not received confirmation, please contact us at contact@vvsclique.com.
