1. About VVSClique

VVSClique is an online retailer of moissanite jewelry, including tennis chains, bracelets, pendants, and earrings crafted on a 925 Sterling Silver base. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the underlying e-commerce platform used to operate the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order through the Services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate and complete.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including materials, finishes, and dimensions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing and discounts are valid only for the period stated and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Gold and Rose Gold finishes are plated finishes over a 925 Sterling Silver base, not solid gold. Plating may naturally wear over time with regular use — see our Refund Policy for full care and warranty details.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure at the time of order. All sales are subject to these Terms and our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping

All VVSClique orders are shipped directly from China. Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 days after shipment, with orders processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Returns, exchanges, and our Jewelry Guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before making a purchase.
